Travis was so kind. Things were easily explained to me and I felt comfortable asking questions. Heartland was easy to communicate with. I was ecstatic to learn how quickly I got my estimate which then turned into me able to get work done…

Scheduling was a breeze and very accommodating. Travis texted before arriving and had our gas fireplace working within 30 minutes. So reasonable I had to ask twice what we owed them! He will definitely be called to service it this fall!
