Service has definitely gone way downhill since Bill Stowe, passed. Can’t even keep track of customer’s bills. They are going to outsource it to a private company. No one in management even lives in Des Moines or close.

Was just on hold for 2 hours just to be told there was a system issue and to try again later. Terrible customer service response

So disappointed in the service. They switch their system so I had to redo auto pay. It skips a month and now I’m stuck making a double payment this month. Total BS and inconsiderate to the customer.
