I'd love to write a review on the quality of the services, but unfortunately I've submitted 2 online requests for information and have left 3 voicemails for the Waukesha team without a response. Sad to see their lack of customer service…

Contractors are useless and does not do a good job. Some of them are abusive as well. Be careful when buying a product and letting them install it for you. Avoid this business.

Questions to ask this contractor

  1. Choose material for the room: Basements and baths need moisture-tolerant products like LVP or tile.
  2. Ask about subfloor prep: Confirm leveling and moisture testing are included.
  3. Check acclimation plans: Wood floors need time to acclimate before installation.
