We walked in and we pretty much knew what we wanted but not sure. Craig was very helpful in helping us make the right decision. He was not only helpful but wasn’t pushy at all. We would definitely buy from them again.

Very impressed with Kyle, our salesman. Friendly and knowledgeable. We had gone to a local dealer in our town and had a very bad experience. We were so much happier and satisfied with Grand Appliances and Kyle. We’ll be back!
