Phone didn't work. Went by his home/office. Said he'd be at my house in couple of hours. Guess he's really busy cause it's been a week or maybe he just forgot about me.

Questions to ask this contractor
- Confirm a state or local plumbing license: Plumbing is a licensed trade in most of the region — ask for the license number.
- Ask how pricing works: Flat-rate pricing is easier to compare than open-ended hourly billing.
- Describe the problem precisely: Photos of the leak or fixture help get an accurate quote over the phone.
