Rich did an amazing job cleaning and resealing our stamped concrete that was poured 10 years ago. We are so impressed with the result! WOW!

Highly recommend. They washed our house and cleaned our gutters. House looks great. Other companies said no to cleaning our gutters that have screens, but Lions Share did the work and they turned out great.

A crew of two did an excellent job of cleaning the stucco on the house. The North side had dark streaks and it all cleaned up nicely, they even cleaned and lighten the darkened color of the steps. Highly recommend!

About roofing contractors in Little Canada
Roofers repair, replace and inspect residential roofs, from asphalt shingles to metal and low-slope systems. Roofing contractors tear off and replace worn roofs, fix leaks, replace flashing and vents, repair hail and wind damage, and help homeowners document storm claims with insurers. Many also install ice-and-water shield, ridge ventilation and gutters as part of a full re-roof.
Typical cost: $8,500–$24,000 for a typical asphalt shingle replacement. See the full cost guide
Typical U.S. ranges from industry sources (2024–25); not EdgeLocal data. Your quote will vary with scope, materials and location.
Questions to ask this contractor

- Get three written bids: Compare the same shingle line, underlayment and ventilation plan on each.
- Ask about manufacturer certification: Certified installers can offer extended system warranties.
