An absolute scam. Charged me $380 to open a lock that took 5 minutes (and he mentioned he was close by so he didn't have long to drive). No receipt, no breakdown of charges, just an arbitrary number. Nice guy but he's a scammer.

Won’t give a receipt. Charged 93 year old woman cash $180 to unlock car door. Trying for three weeks to get a receipt so she can file an insurance claim.

This place came at 7am to pick my lock I lost a key during the move. They arrived in under 30 minutes and the person had the lock open in 5! Hopefully I don’t have to use them again but if I’m ever in a bind I’m calling.
