Anthony was great to work with. He built a new deck with all weather decking. Rebuilt the staircase adding a landing area adding metal railing. Then built a cedar pergalo to provide shade as it is west exposure. Great craftsmanship!

Affordable bid, willing to work with me on payments. Quick, efficient and solid work. Would gladly recommend to others looking for remodeling, renovation or new builds.

I had Roscoe’s contracting replace a door from my garage to outdoors. Anthony had to tear out and rebuild the rotting wood /siding under the threshold so all would be snug and level for the new door frame. Door looks great and sits perfect.

About general contractors in Des Moines
General contractors manage construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, permits, schedules and budgets. A general contractor runs a project from plans to final inspection: pricing the job, pulling permits, scheduling framers, electricians, plumbers and finishers, ordering materials, managing the budget and making sure the work passes inspection.
Typical cost: $20,000–$150,000 for typical residential projects. See the full cost guide
Typical U.S. ranges from industry sources (2024–25); not EdgeLocal data. Your quote will vary with scope, materials and location.
