It really impressed me how focused and dedicated Troy is . I own a number of Apartment buildings in Iowa and I remember Troy fixing a 8 family furnace at 3 am in morning. The office staff is very nice . Top notch family owner business!

The Miller team is the best! They are friendly professionals that get the job done right, on time and at a fair price. Our recent major purchases included a hot water heater and air conditioning system.
