Wonderful experience. Furnace wasn’t lighting. Fella came out next day, showed me what was wrong. Couldn’t be happier with my service!

We called Chris at least 6 different times the passed 2 weeks. He said he would come every time, but he never came. I wish he would’ve just told us he couldn’t come so we could’ve found someone else sooner.

Questions to ask this contractor
- Confirm a state or local plumbing license: Plumbing is a licensed trade in most of the region — ask for the license number.
- Ask how pricing works: Flat-rate pricing is easier to compare than open-ended hourly billing.
- Describe the problem precisely: Photos of the leak or fixture help get an accurate quote over the phone.
