Bad customer service non responsive never at the office drove over 200 miles to get father's stuff and now waiting in parking lot with no one around All Storage unit places are a rip off

So far so great. Units have been super clean and easy to access. Nice big area out back to turn around in as well. Kevin has been awesome to chat with. Definitely would recommend using their storage units.
