I advanced Jim $500 to do a job in WDM. He then told he was going out of business. He can't keep his stories straight. He is slightly mental or something. Do not hire this person or company. Pos can't be trusted.

Did a great job repairing our outside hydrant, but is VERY unreliable for timing. It was dark and very late two days later when he got it done after I called.

Questions to ask this contractor
- Confirm a state or local plumbing license: Plumbing is a licensed trade in most of the region — ask for the license number.
- Ask how pricing works: Flat-rate pricing is easier to compare than open-ended hourly billing.
- Describe the problem precisely: Photos of the leak or fixture help get an accurate quote over the phone.
