Order a mantle from them over two weeks ago and never received was promised a date and they never shipped and haven't got my money back no phone just email don't order from them they are also on Mayfair and other companys

Do not order from this company. I placed an order, never shipped. Phone number is not in service, sent 2 emails with no response. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to have the money refunded.

I placed an order one month ago that has not shipped yet. I have contacted them twice via email but have not gotten a response. I would be happy to adjust this rating if I were to get some information.
