The worst. We left a message for him on Nov 1st, he called back on Nov 2nd, saying he was as much as two weeks out. He has yet to return any of our phone calls or texts as of Nov 27th. Same experience we had 2 years ago. Good riddance.

We were very impressed with Mike's service and work. Our old cabin was a challenge. Not only did he communicate well with us, but he met the challenge and did very neat-looking work.
