Meh, not above a 4. Lives a ways away but it was a fun day to explore. He has a solid business plan but WAY OVERPRICED! He is selling used machines for retail prices. I won't go back there.

Bob is the man- super friendly and knowledgeable, responsive to email right away. Had my snowblower running again same day, and even helped me load it. Support a local business and bring your small engines here. A+++
