I complained about the water softener salt not showing up and the office told me I was wrong. I had a question about the softener and received a stiff charge for a guy to drive out and give a 1 minute answer.

Highly recommend Neal's! Excellent service, installation, rentals and more! Love their referral program, we received 5 free bags of salt just by our neighbors switching to Neal's and mentioning we told them about Neal's great service!

I bought a house and inherited a rented water softening system from Neal's. They have been outstanding for almost 6 years! Always amazing customer service and price is better than anyone around! I would 100% recommend!
