Tried getting Dan to design TWO new septics, after a few conversations he stopped responding. Then I talked to him and he was extremely unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend.

Questions to ask this contractor
- Confirm a state or local plumbing license: Plumbing is a licensed trade in most of the region — ask for the license number.
- Ask how pricing works: Flat-rate pricing is easier to compare than open-ended hourly billing.
- Describe the problem precisely: Photos of the leak or fixture help get an accurate quote over the phone.
