Had a drain back up and had B&G out to unclog and fix problem. They did unclog the drain but failed to let a staff member know they were leaving and did not give any preventative future maintenance advice. Same problem happened two days…

I had 5 days to closing. A different local company no-called and no-showed and strung required fixes for almost one month before finally coming out to just assess the work and telling me they can't perform the work they already did…
